VPS Forex is essentially a standard Windows VPS, but optimized specifically for forex trading to ensure maximum trading performance. The following support services are available to Digitalku VPS Forex clients:
- Basic VPS Forex usage guidance
- Assistance with logging in via Remote Desktop on Android or PC
- MetaTrader installation on VPS
- Troubleshooting VPS login issues
Note: Digitalku does not provide support for Expert Advisor (EA) usage. Please contact your EA provider directly for assistance.
Usage of VPS Forex for purposes other than forex trading, or running applications other than MetaTrader, is outside the scope of Digitalku support.
Digitalku offers a free reinstallation option if a client's VPS encounters issues that cannot be resolved through standard troubleshooting.
