MetaTrader 5 Now Requires AVX-Supported CPU

MetaTrader 5 now requires a CPU with AVX support to run certain EAs/indicators. Find out who's affected and how to request a CPU upgrade for your Digitalku VPS Forex Windows.

Some versions of MetaTrader 5 now require a CPU with AVX (Advanced Vector Extensions) support to run certain EAs/indicators. If your CPU doesn't support AVX, you'll see an error like this:

AVX required, you have X64 only
loading of [EA name] failed [568]

Who Is Affected?

VPS Status	Condition
✅ Activated after July 1, 2026	Already running on AVX-supported CPU. No action needed.
⚠️ Activated before July 1, 2026	May still be on older CPU, which could trigger the error above.

Solution for Existing Customers

You can request a CPU upgrade via a support ticket:

Open a ticket titled: "Upgrade CPU AVX - VPS Forex Windows"
Include your VPS service ID/username
Our team will process the request and schedule a restart

⚠️ Note: This process requires a VPS restart, so the request must be submitted by the customer directly, allowing you to choose the right timing (outside your trading hours).

📌 This applies only to VPS Forex Windows. VPS Forex digiOS is not affected.
