Digitalku's deposit feature simplifies payments by automatically settling new invoices. Overpayments, refunds, or manual top-ups are stored as deposit credit.
Digitalku offers an account deposit feature to simplify transactions and ensure your services are never interrupted due to missed payments.
How the Deposit Works
- Any overpayment of Rp 1,000 or more is automatically added to your deposit balance
- Deposit funds are automatically applied to new invoices as they are generated β no manual transfer needed
- If you add deposit funds after an invoice has been created, use the "Use Deposit" button on the invoice page to apply the credit manually
- Unused deposit funds can be withdrawn, with a minimum withdrawal of Rp 10,000
How to Add Deposit Funds
Go to the Client Portal β Billing β Deposit, then choose a payment method and the amount you wish to add.
