Guide to withdrawing your affiliate commission from Digitalku, including eligibility requirements and estimated transfer time.
Once you have accumulated affiliate commission through the Digitalku affiliate program, you can request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are only available at least 7 days after the commission is earned, due to our customer refund guarantee period.
1. Add Your Bank Account Details
Before withdrawing, make sure your bank account information is on file. Visit the following page:

2. Submit a Withdrawal Request
Click the "Submit Withdrawal" button to create a withdrawal ticket. Withdrawal requests can only be submitted once every 48 hours.
3. Estimated Transfer Time
Affiliate earnings will be credited to your bank account within 24 hours of the request being processed. You will receive a notification via ticket once the transfer is complete.
If funds have not arrived after the notification is sent, you may raise a complaint within 48 hours of that notification.
