Why Is the Commission Pending?
Affiliate commissions are held as pending because the service you referred is still within the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period.
During this period, the referred client retains the right to request a full refund if they are unsatisfied with the service. Commissions are only released once the guarantee window has passed without a refund request.
When Will the Commission Be Released?
Your affiliate commission will change from pending to available after:
- The 7-day satisfaction guarantee period has passed
- The referred client has not requested a refund

- Once active, your commission can be withdrawn or used immediately
- If the referred client requests a refund during the guarantee period, the commission will be cancelled
- Monitor your commission status through the affiliate dashboard in the client portal
