We provide a money-back guarantee ranging from 7 to 30 days, depending on the service you purchase and the billing cycle you choose.

Our commitment is to help customers grow their online businesses. We invest in quality products and services. If our services do not meet your needs, you may submit a cancellation request within the applicable period based on your service type and billing cycle.


Web Hosting

The satisfaction guarantee is valid for 30 days for annual billing periods and above, and 7 days for billing periods below annual.

Within the guarantee period, you may request a refund if unsatisfied. Outside the guarantee period, refunds are only available if there is an issue with the hosting service, subject to service usage fee deductions.


International Domains

Domains that have been activated cannot be refunded.

This follows registrar policies that prohibit deletion and refunds after a domain is activated. Please ensure the domain name you register is correct before making payment, as this policy is final and cannot be changed.


Indonesian Domains

Refunds are only available if the document verification process fails. Once a domain is activated, fees cannot be refunded.


VPS Forex

Satisfaction Guarantee (New)
A 100% refund can be requested within 48 hours of VPS activation if the VPS does not meet your needs.

Renewal Guarantee
A refund can be requested within 48 hours of making a renewal payment.

Unused Active Time Guarantee
Customers may request a refund for the remaining unused active period of their VPS, calculated from the remaining active time minus 15% of the purchase price.

VPS nearing expiration cannot be refunded as the remaining balance is insufficient to cover the 15% service fee deduction.


VPS Hosting

Customers may request a VPS Hosting refund at any time.

Refunds are subject to a service usage deduction plus 15% of the VPS price, applicable to both newly ordered and long-running VPS.

VPS nearing expiration cannot be cancelled as the remaining balance cannot cover the 15% service fee deduction.


Service Renewal Guarantee

Service renewals receive the same guarantee as new registrations. The guarantee is active from the moment the renewal payment is received. The service will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval.

Additional conditions:

  • Renewal guarantees do not apply to domains.
  • If a renewal uses a promotional price, the guarantee calculation uses the new applicable price at the time of renewal.

Satisfaction Guarantee Conditions

  • The service must still be within the applicable satisfaction guarantee period.
  • For duplicate services (the same service registered more than once), only the most recent registration is eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
  • The satisfaction guarantee is limited to a maximum of 1 (one) claim per 3 months per user.
  • Claims from different accounts identified as the same user within a 3-month period will be rejected and charged a 15% service fee.
  • Refunds do not apply to customers who have violated Digitalku's service policies.
  • Submitting a refund request means you agree that all services and data contained within them will be permanently deleted.

How to Submit a Claim

Customers can submit a guarantee claim by sending a request via ticket in the client area (portal.digitalku.com).

By submitting a claim, you agree that all related services and data will be deleted.


Transfer Fees & Refund Methods

  • Payments made via QRIS are subject to a 2% deduction from the refund value.
  • Payments made via crypto or foreign currency bank transfer: transfer fees are borne by the customer. The minimum transferable amount is 10 USD; amounts below this will be credited to the account balance for future service purchases.
