We want to be fully transparent with all Digitalku VPS Forex customers. This page explains what we guarantee, what is beyond our control, and the responsibilities customers need to understand before using the service.
About VPS Forex Uptime
We want to be clear: a 100% uptime guarantee for VPS Forex is not achievable. This is not a limitation of our infrastructure, but rather the nature of VPS itself:
- A VPS runs on an operating system that is fully managed by the customer.
- Digitalku provides the hardware, network, and virtualisation layer — but does not control the software, configuration, or applications running inside the VPS.
- Technical factors such as kernel updates, EA/trading robot configuration, or third-party software can affect VPS stability independently of our infrastructure.
Our Commitments
While 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed, Digitalku commits to:
- Fast response — if an issue occurs on our infrastructure side, our technical team will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Proactive notification — customers will be notified via email, SMS, or Telegram in the event of a disruption, server restart, or maintenance affecting the VPS service.
- Quality infrastructure — our VPS Forex servers use NVMe storage and redundant networking to ensure hardware-side stability.
Customer Responsibilities
As an unmanaged VPS service, customers are responsible for:
- Configuration and management of the operating system, control panel, and applications inside the VPS.
- Trading configuration backups — performed independently and regularly, so that configurations can be restored quickly if an issue arises.
- Software updates to maintain VPS security and stability.
- Performance monitoring of the VPS independently.
Limitation of Liability
Digitalku (PT DIGITALKU HOST MEDIA) is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any other financial losses resulting from VPS Forex service disruptions, regardless of the cause.
Customers are advised to:
- Not rely solely on a single VPS as the only infrastructure for critical trading operations.
- Store EA and trading robot configuration backups in a separate location.
- Have a contingency plan in place should the VPS experience disruptions.
