Web Hosting Guarantee

In the hosting warranty, the satisfaction guarantee is valid for 30 days for annual payment periods and above, and for periods below the annual period, the guarantee is valid for 7 days. During this guarantee period, customers can request a refund if they are dissatisfied or dissatisfied. Outside of this guarantee period, customers can only request a guarantee if the hosting is problematic, with a service fee deducted.

International Domain Guarantee

once a domain has been activated, it cannot be refunded. This is due to policies set by international domain registrars, which do not allow for the deletion of an activated domain or the return of funds once the registration process is complete. Therefore, it is essential to carefully consider your domain name before proceeding with the registration to avoid any mistakes. We highly recommend double-checking all details to ensure the chosen domain name meets your requirements, as this policy is final and cannot be altered.

Indonesian Domain Guarantee

For Indonesian domains, Digitalku offers a refund guarantee only in cases where the domain registration fails due to unsuccessful document verification. Once the domain has been activated, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Therefore, please ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete before proceeding with the registration.

Forex VPS Guarantee

Trial / Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee money back 100% for clients who do not match their choices during 48 Hours calculated after the VPS is activated.

Extended Warranty
If the client does not want to extend the VPS, the client can request a refund. this applies 48 Hours calculated after the extension payment is made

VPS active period guarantee is not used
We give customers the freedom to apply for a refund for unused VPS active period. with the calculation of the VPS Active Period minus 15% from the VPS price purchased

If the VPS is approaching its expiry date, the application cannot be made, because it cannot cover the 15% service costs.

VPS Hosting Guarantee

Customers can request a VPS Hosting Refund at any time. However, the service fees already used will be deducted, plus a 15% deduction from the VPS price. This applies to both newly ordered and existing VPSs.

If the VPS is approaching its expiry date, the cancellation request cannot be processed because the remaining funds from the remaining active period are not sufficient to cover the service deduction of 15%.

Addendum: Service Extended Warranty

We also offer the same extended warranty as when you sign up for a new service. This warranty is valid from the time the service is paid for. If you request a refund regarding an extension, please note that the relevant service will be removed immediately. Make sure you have considered it carefully before deciding to submit a refund so you don't experience any disruption to your service.

  • Extended warranties do not apply to domains
  • If you use the price reduction promo. then the guarantee will be calculated based on the new price

 

 Satisfaction Guarantee Terms

Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows customers to try our service risk-free. If customers are dissatisfied during the trial period, we are ready to process a refund in accordance with our policies. Customer feedback will help us improve our service quality going forward.

  • The service is still under the trial guarantee / satisfaction guarantee period
  • If a customer has several of the same services on Digitalku, only the most recently registered service can be refunded for this reason.
  • Money back guarantee does not apply to clients who commit violations
  • Applying for a money back guarantee means agreeing to lose data on the VPS / Hosting in question

How to Claim Warranty

Customers can claim warranty by sending a ticket request to the client area. With a warranty claim, it means that the customer agrees that all services and data in it will be deleted

Transfer Fees and Refund Methods

For services paid using Qris, a 2% deduction will be charged from the value transferred if you apply for a refund

For Refund Transfers to Crypto and Foreign currency banks, a transfer fee is charged by the Customer. The minimum that can be transferred is 10 USD . if it's less than that, it can be refunded to the deposit to be replaced with another service

The following is an estimate of the time required for a refund of service fees.
  • The refund process to the deposit account requires a maximum of 48 business hours, starting from the moment the client provides approval.
  • The refund process to a bank account takes a maximum of 7 business days, starting from the moment the client provides approval

If a customer requests a refund and wishes to use it to re-register for My Digital Services, it is highly recommended to refund the deposit to shorten the processing time.
