If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via email. However, if you have lost access to both the account and the registered email address, follow the account claim process below.
Common Reasons for Lost Access
- Forgotten login credentials
- Lost access to the registered email address
- Password changed by an unauthorized party
Account Claim Process
- Send a claim request to [email protected] stating your request to reclaim ownership of the account
- Attach a copy of your national ID (KTP) and proof of address. The original registered ID is strongly preferred; if unavailable, a new ID can be submitted and will replace the existing data on file
- Include any evidence of prior ownership or business agreements related to the account, if applicable
- Our team will attempt to contact the registered email and phone number. If there is no response within 7 days, the claim will be granted to the applicant
If the claim is unsuccessful because the registered account holder responds, the account transfer request will be blocked for 60 days.
