We don't offer phone support due to technical and collaboration limitations. Instead, we provide WhatsApp, Telegram, support tickets, and Ultra Viewer remote assistance.

We understand how important fast and accurate customer support is. After careful consideration, we decided not to offer phone support. Here's why.

Limitations of Phone Support

No Screenshot Sharing

One of the most important tools in technical support is the screenshot. Over the phone, customers cannot directly share a screenshot that visually illustrates the problem. A picture often conveys a situation far better than a verbal description.

Cannot Handle Multiple Customers Simultaneously

Phone calls have significant multi-tasking limitations. A support agent cannot assist multiple customers at the same time, and it is difficult to consult a colleague mid-call β€” unlike chat or ticketing platforms.

Better Team Collaboration via Chat

With chat and ticketing systems, our support team can collaborate in real time: sharing issue details, looping in specialists, and reaching the best solution together β€” something that is simply not practical over the phone.
