March 21, 2026 (Eid al-Fitr): Service activation will be processed within 12 hours. Support is slower than usual today, and we will respond to support tickets and emails first.
March 22, 2026: Operations are limited to 08:00 – 16:00 WIB.
March 23, 2026: All services are back to normal.
