- April 9, 2024: Normal working hours as usual.
- April 10, 2024: Our chat service will be offline. We will only be available via Telegram and WhatsApp, and our response time may be slower than usual. Please provide complete questions, and we will respond when we are back online.
- April 11, 2024: Working hours will be adjusted to 08:00 – 16:00.
- April 12, 2024: Normal working hours return
During holidays, manual activations and extensions will be processed within a maximum of 6 – 12 hours.
