General Policy on Service Use
This Usage Policy aims to provide clear boundaries regarding things that are not permitted for Customers in using the Digitalku.com Service;

D. RESTRICTIONS
Limitations The following are the Client's Responsibilities such as
- System Accuracy; the accuracy of the information on the customer's site
- Responsibility System; all forms of third party claims caused by the customer's site
- Backup System; data loss due to customer error, backups performed by Digitalku.com are only for assistance, customers are expected to continue to perform their own manual backups
Note: Backups at Digitalku.com are solely for the purpose of assisting and respecting clients. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. Digitalku.com is not responsible for the files or data contained in your account. You agree to assume full responsibility for your own files and data.

- Website Security System; website security is entirely the customer's responsibility, Digitalku.com only covers security for customers from the hosting server side, so always pay attention to your website and always back up yourself on your computer.
- Account username and password It is the customer's full responsibility, information leaks and all consequences are not the responsibility of Digitalku.com
To avoid hacking through script/program/plugin loopholes of the customer's website, it is the duty of the customer to ensure that the scripts/programs/plugins installed on the website are safe. Using a free CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Prestashop, etc.) is expected to always upgrade to the latest version. You who have a website, of course you have to pay attention to your website.
E. BASIC TERMS OF SERVICE
All content stored on the Client's website is the responsibility of the owner of the website concerned. Digitalku.com is not responsible for all Customer Content.
Anything that violates copyright or trademarks here is PROHIBITED. This includes not only the unauthorized duplication of music, books, photographs, or other copyrighted works. If a third party suspects copyright or trademark infringement, please send an email to abuse[at]Digitalku.com, along with proof of your trademark ownership.
It is PROHIBITED to use Digitalku.com services for:
- Using Digitalku.com services for purposes that are prohibited in Indonesia such as pornography, pyramid schemes, money games, chain letters, gambling, fraud and other systems that are prohibited by the Indonesian Government.
- Trying to damage, enter, duplicate, try to change the data & system on the server is not the right of the customer concerned
- Do not use CPU intensively on VPS or Shared Hosting. For example CPU Usage which is always 100% from account limit never drop in hours even in days. this is usually done intentionally by the client, or it could be due to unintentional factors such as a virus. if it happens due to accidental factors then we will help you solve the solution
F. SERVICES PROVIDED
Digitalku offers a number of different products and services, including but not limited to those listed below. These Terms and our Policy apply to all Services, whether listed below or not. Details are available on the websites indicated, and the details on those websites do not alter or supplement these Terms or our Policy.
– Shared hosting (databases hosted as part of Shared Web Hosting are limited to five (5) gigabytes per database and email accounts hosted as part of Shared Web Hosting are limited to fifteen (15) gigabytes of space):

– Indonesian domains. The Indonesian domain requires documents for activation, which can be seen on the following page:
if the customer does not have the required documents and has already registered, he can apply for a Refund or Domain Name Change. but if there is no confirmation for more than 72 hours, the funds will be refunded to the Deposit with a service fee discount of Rp. 20,000
G. EXTRA POINTS
1. DOMAIN REGISTRATION
All fees incurred for an activated domain are non-refundable. And for domains that have been used on active hosting cannot be exchanged or replaced. However, if it is really really needed by the customer, then the customer is willing to be charged a fee of Rp. 20,000, - to request to replace the domain.
2. TRANSFER Domain
Domain renewals must be made at least 30 days before expiration. Therefore, renew your domain well before it expires to prevent any untoward incidents. Digitalku.com will not be liable for any claims resulting from customer error in late domain renewals.
3. RENEWAL DOMAIN
All fees incurred for an activated domain are non-refundable. And for domains that have been used on active hosting cannot be exchanged or replaced. However, if it is really really needed by the customer, then the customer is willing to be charged a fee of Rp. 20,000, - to request to replace the domain.
4. RESELLER
All resellers are responsible for supporting their clients. For reseller privacy and security reasons, all support requests must be made by the reseller on behalf of the client. Resellers are also responsible for any content stored or displayed by their reseller accounts and the activities of their respective clients.
5. DATA TRANSFER
Free assistance transferring data from cPanel accounts on other hosting providers to Digitalku.com. Customers using control panels other than cPanel can migrate their data themselves by downloading it via FTP and then uploading it to the new cPanel.

7. ACCOUNT DEPOSIT
Account deposits can be forfeited if the client is inactive for more than 1 year.
Automatic deposits are used to pay when there is a new invoice, customers can immediately request a refund before the deposit is used to pay automatically if they wish to withdraw funds.
8. UNLIMITED
Unlimited may be written 999999 MB or 99999 on the system, this is to avoid miscalculation, if one day the number runs out can be increased as needed.
9. DOWNGRADE THE SERVICE
Downgrade the service to a lower level, customers are not entitled to receive a refund from the difference in services that were previously downgraded
H. VIOLATIONS & SANCTIONS
- On the basis of the above violation, it means that the customer is willing to unilaterally terminate his service without any form of compensation being returned.
- Attempts to hack, change, or delete account data and files on the Digitalku.com server will be pursued through legal channels in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Anything that defames Digitalku.com through open media will be pursued through legal channels in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the right to be asked for compensation for said defamation.
