If you're using the April update Windows computer, chances are you're having this problem
You don't need to worry, because this problem can be solved with just a few steps.
- click Start then type gpedit. msc then enter
- entered into Administrative Templates => System => Credentials Delegation then double click Encryption Oracle Remediation
- choose enabled then select Protection Level Vulnerable
