Why Hosting Suspended?

April 24, 2018 | KB, Customer service

Suspending your hosting account means that all activities on your hosting account are temporarily stopped. When hosting is suspended, all data, emails and databases on your hosting account are not lost.

Several causes of hosting accounts being suspended:

1. The owner has not completed the payment

Delays in making renewal payments will cause your hosting account to be temporarily suspended/suspended, you must immediately make payment so that your website can be accessed again

2. There is Malware/Virus on your account

the presence of malware/viruses also causes us to be forced to suspend your account, if this problem occurs you can contact us, we will instruct you to delete the dangerous file

3. Abuse of the Server

Abuse is a violation against customers, for example sending Spam, doing DDOS against other servers or hacking servers, creating prohibited websites, etc.

4. The hosting account is too burdensome on the server

We are forced to suspend accounts that are overloaded and disrupt other accounts on the server. If this happens, you can optimize your website to make it better, or you can activate the Cloudflare feature on your hosting account. If all optimizations have been done but your website is still overloaded, we recommend using higher hosting, namely VPS or Super Hosting.

Usually we will send an email when hosting is suspended, if you are the owner of the website, make sure to check your email
