Extend Terminated Forex VPS and Restore Data

However, in some cases, we still hold a backup of the VPS before the new backup data overwrites it. So, as long as the data backup still exists, customers can extend the VPS at any time.

Here are some provisions to pay attention to:

• If backup is still available, you can contact our customer service to check.
• The data recovery process cannot be combined with package downgrade or operating system replacement.

If your data backup is successfully found, the cost for the restore process is IDR 100,000. Apart from that, an extension fee will also be charged starting from the date of data recovery

Renew Without Restore Option

For customers who prefer not to go through the restore process when renewing their VPS, we offer a solution that suits your needs. You can extend your VPS service just like when you register a new VPS.

In this scenario, when the customer decides to renew without submitting a restore process, our team will immediately arrange a new VPS for you. The advantage of this option is that you get a completely clean and fresh environment, just like having a new VPS. This could be a good choice for those who want to start with a fresh slate or don't need their old data.

Furthermore, the renewal fee will be calculated starting from the date when you renew the VPS. So, you are only charged according to the period you choose when renewing, without any other additional costs.
